Booking details

To book a recording for yourself, a member of your family or a friend, you can telephone, write or email. A £25 booking fee is required (cheque made payable to L. Baker). The balance is payble on the day of recording itself. I will need to know full names, address and telephone number - plus some basic information about the interviewee, such as date and place of birth, occupation and family.

Once the booking fee has been received, I will send the Memory Prompt questions to the interviewee and fix the recording date. Nearer that date we will have a fairly long telephone chat to help us both prepare for the interview. After the recording, it will take approximately two weeks to finalise the package and it will then be sent to you by Special Delivery.
